Vtg Brass Candle Holder

Unsure of age on these, they are an estate item. Both show some light wear including, light scuffs, candle wax, patina, some discoloration to areas. I have not used any cleaner on them. No makers mark on either. One has an arm that appears to sit slightly uneven and can be seen in photo six. The arm on the left sits a little lower than the one across on right.
